1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Hepburn Tech Rescue ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Services Description
Hepburn Tech Rescue provides professional IT services including:
- Basic website development and hosting ($500 setup + $25/month)
- Advanced website and e-commerce solutions ($2,500+)
- Custom software integrations ($2,500 + $100/month maintenance)
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are clearly outlined in each service agreement. Setup fees are due before work commences. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly in advance. Custom projects require 50% deposit before work begins.
4. Website Ownership & Hosting
For basic website packages, you own your website content and can cancel hosting at any time. We provide website export options to ensure portability. Domain names registered through us remain in your name.
5. Support and Maintenance
We provide ongoing support during business hours with reasonable response times. Emergency support may be available for additional fees. All support is provided directly by our team, not outsourced to overseas providers.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain professional indemnity insurance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transferring your data and websites.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Victoria.
