Jackies Craft Store
2,000 products moved in one weekend. Jackie runs it herself now.

The problem
Jackie had been on the same clunky CMS for years. It was expensive, slow, and every small change meant paying a developer.
The catalogue was the obstacle: over 2,000 products with years of variants, photos and descriptions. The size of the migration is what kept her stuck.
What we built
We scripted the migration: exported, cleaned and reshaped the catalogue, then loaded it into Shopify. The store switched over in one weekend, so trading didn't stop.
She got a custom theme, then a training session on adding products, changing prices and running promotions.
The goal was a store Jackie can run without ringing a developer.
The honest bit
Yes, this one is Shopify. For a 2,000-product store run by one person, it's the right tool. The custom work was the migration, the theme and the redirects.
Where it landed
Jackie updates her own store now. Hosting costs less, the rankings carried over, and she hasn't needed us for day-to-day changes.
